Summary: The pool was a huge plus as the ocean is 10 min away. Plus you can walk around the lagoon or head uphill into neighborhoods. Great walking! Downtown is very accessible with a good variety of restaurants. Grocery store options are close as well (KTA, Cost-U-less). Farmers' market the best place to buy fruits and veggies and support local. Condo Management was The BEST.
