Positive: Host was nice and friendly. House rules were straightforward and reasonable. House and room were clean and well kept, with a great view off the balcony. Location and directions to property were perfect.
Negative: Bed was just a twin, but for a solo traveller it was fine, and actually really comfortable. The common area and balcony more than made up for it.
