Recently remodeled, the spacious studio is fully furnished, featuring essential amenities including a washer and dryer, and designed to embrace delightful tropical cross breezes throughout your stay.
This rental requires a minimum stay of 30 nights and includes one designated parking stall for your convenience. Please note that there is no air conditioning in accordance with the house rules at Colony Surf.
Check-in time is set for 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM. We kindly remind you that we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs due to potential back-to-back bookings. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, please consider booking an additional night prior to your arrival to secure that date.
