You will be staying in unit 301, which comes with one dedicated parking stall for your convenience. Please note that air conditioning is not available, in accordance with the house rules. Check-in time is set for 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM. Due to potential back-to-back bookings, early check-ins or late check-outs cannot be guaranteed; however, booking an additional night can secure an early arrival.
In the living/bedroom area, you will find a comfortable king bed, a TV for entertainment, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The kitchen boasts essential amenities including a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and blender to make your stay more enjoyable.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer for your convenience. A welcome kit with basic toiletries and cleaning supplies will be provided upon arrival, but please remember that replenishment will be your responsibility during your stay.
Regrettably, we do not provide daily housekeeping services or towel/linen changes. Additionally, our property maintains a strict no smoking and no pets policy to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests.
For payment, we accept VISA or MASTER cards with a 5% booking fee; AMEX payments incur a 9% fee. Booking fees are non-refundable. Please note there is a minimum stay requirement of 30 nights.
