You can easily explore the area without a car; bike rentals are conveniently available just outside the building.

Your home away from home boasts almost 1000 square feet of spacious living. It consists of a well-appointed 1-bedroom unit connected to a large studio space, complete with its own entrance and key. The main living area includes a beautifully remodeled kitchen featuring granite countertops, modern cabinets, and new appliances. You'll also appreciate the brand new washer/dryer in your unit, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh during your stay. The studio comes equipped with a kitchenette that has a sink, range, and mini fridge for added convenience.

Relax on the expansive lanai/balcony with patio chairs while enjoying views of the Food Pantry, Hilton Garden Inn, and International Marketplace. Security is a top priority, as the building requires a code to access the elevators, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with room for 8 if needed. The sleeping arrangements include a Queen Size bed in Bedroom #1 and another Queen in Bedroom #2 (the large studio). A new sofa bed converts into a third Queen bed, plus there’s an additional futon for extra comfort.

Summary: We initially booked a different location, and 1 day prior, after I contacted the agent for entry information, he told me he had double booked, and found the location where we actually stayed. The place was OK, BUT the kitchen appliances were not cleaned well. Also we notified our agent that a drip pan was not on the balcony, and no one ever addressed it. My husband purchased a pan and tried to rectify the situation, as the balcony was constantly wet, and not acceptable or pleasant for us to use. Also, a TV in a second bedroom did not work.
