Note that there will be construction on the recreation deck starting November 6, 2023. The upper pool deck, including the main pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grills, and cabanas will be closed for repairs until November 2024 (subject to change without notice). Please be aware that pets, parties, and smoking/vaping are strictly prohibited within the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any public spaces within the building. Violations may result in a $500 fine, along with any necessary costs for odor removal or replacement due to damages.

Each rental includes:

• Bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens
• Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including tea kettle and rice cooker)
• Beach chairs, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board
• Start-Up Supplies: coffee filters, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, basic cleaning supplies, and travel-size toiletries

Please note that certain items, such as beach umbrellas, toys, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, coffee, condiments, cooking oil, fabric softener, and bleach, are not provided. Housekeeping services, replenishment of towels, toiletries, or front desk services are also not included in this private vacation rental.
