Summary: I stayed at the Hilo property to allow me to go to my 59th national park. The property is a dated but everything worked well and I enjoyed my stay. We had a communication problem at the start but was quickly fixed and it did not impact my stay whatsoever. If I were to come back to Hilo I would stay here again.
