Summary: The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. The building is older but mostly in good condition. The building and parking areas could use better lighting. There was a wild pig in the parking lot. While wild pigs can be a threat we were told this particular animal wasn't. The surrounding area was a strange mix of abandoned buildings and nice restaurants. In all, the location was a disappointment but the rental itself was excellent.
