Summary: The house is anything but Charming. It is right on a street that stays busy througout the night and you can hear the vehicles pass by throughout the night. You can also very clearly and loudly hear the frogs at night and the neighbor's dog barking. I am not sure how the previous reviewers missed these details.The house also had a smell when we first entered. After leaving the windows open overnight was it OK. The bathroom is infested with ants and bugs. And oh yes the 2nd bathroom is out in the garage with no real sink. All the furniture in the house is old. You cannot tell from the pictures in the listing. When I get a chance I will attach my pictures.But, knowing what I know, I would still rent it again if this is significantly cheaper than other available properties.
