Set within the lush landscapes of Kailua Kona, Casa De Emdeko provides a serene atmosphere infused with the spirit of Hawaii. Immerse yourself in the tropical gardens filled with vibrant wildlife and soothing water features. Please note that from September 23rd to September 27th, 2024, there will be maintenance work involving the replacement of the chiller system. Unfortunately, this means that air conditioning will not be available during those five days for both residential and commercial buildings.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Knutson & Associates Property Management and either purchase a Damage Protection Plan or provide a Security Deposit to secure their stay at this property. For further details regarding these requirements, do not hesitate to inquire.
