Summary: The property was clean and well-stocked with coffee, tea, and breakfast goodies. The beautiful spa bath is a surprising contrast to the rustic style of the rest of the cottage. There were several welcoming touches, including beautiful tropical flowers. The cottage is small, and though it would probably be fine for one person or a couple who travels light, we found it a bit small for two older people. We had to put our big suitcases back in the car, taking out the things we needed first. Also, the bed is against the wall, and the person on the inside couldn’t get out of bed without disturbing the other person. On the whole, the location and thoughtful touches make this a nice property, but it may be better suited to a single guest or a couple who travels with small bags and that doesn’t have to get up multiple times in the night.
