Summary: Host was responsive to any questions I had and very easy to work with. The house was great, it took some getting used to with no A/C and being so open but it cooled off enough at night to be comfortable with all the fans. We didn't get to use the pool much as it was cool and we had a cloudy week, but the location was great with an easy walk to the beach and magics beach grill, as well as the main drive into Kona. Also I'm not sure if it is on purpose or not but there were several cute green geckos that live in the house and left us alone but were a hit with the kids. Had everything we needed and then some. Would love to go back someday.
