Newly renovated, this unit is situated away from Alii Drive, providing stunning ocean and mountain vistas, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets (from September to March) showcased from your expansive 27-foot lanai. Plus, the serene ambiance guarantees a relaxing getaway.

Upon arriving at our Kona Condo, you will find a reserved covered parking space for one vehicle, conveniently located next to the elevator, along with plenty of visitor parking available. Say goodbye to stairs, as there are none between the elevator and your front door—making loading and unloading simple after your daily adventures.

Your remodeled kitchen is a cook's dream, fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/range, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. We have stocked the kitchen with quality cutlery, dishes, glassware, and essential cooking utensils. There’s even a BBQ drawer filled with everything you might need for those classic poolside grilling nights.

Indulge in the fresh island produce like Ahi and Ono, or treat yourself to local fruits and vegetables picked up from the nearby farmers' market. You can savor meals at the kitchen bar, dining table, or lanai table while enjoying the wonderful culinary delights offered by Hawaii.

The great room, adorned with hardwood cork flooring, boasts a 48” OLED “smart TV”, custom bamboo bookshelves, and captivating artwork. A seldom-used sleeper sofa is at your disposal for additional guests. Enjoy access to ROKU, YouTube TV, Spectrum TV app, and all your favorite movie and sports streaming services.

Your master bedroom invites you to unwind on a queen-sized bed, complete with an en suite bathroom featuring a recently remodeled shower (no tub), and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to the lanai. Revel in the sight and sound of crashing waves at White Sands Beach, bird songs, and views of Hualalai and the renowned Kona Coffee Groves from the mountain side. As a guest of White Sands Village, you gain access to a heated saltwater swimming pool, jacuzzi, a covered club area featuring four gas BBQs, sauna, library, and game room equipped with a pool table. Indulge in the lush grounds embodying pure Aloha, perfect for unwinding with a Mai Tai in hand. Tennis courts are available for free use and reservation. Join fellow guests each evening in the BBQ area as you grill deliciously prepared Ahi or Opakapaka.

October is a special month here, hosting the Ironman Triathlon World Championship at the Kailua-Kona Pier. Witness the intense competitors starting and finishing their 2.4-mile open ocean swim, just 3.5 miles from your front door. The bike course winds around Kona before heading toward the Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway, ending with a 26.2-mile marathon route passing right near your condo. This event is a highlight not just for participants but spectators too. Don't forget, the Ironman 70.3 "Honu" takes place in June at Mauna Lani Resort, only a quick 40-minute drive away.
