Your home away from home boasts 1208 square feet of living space on the second floor of the Kuakini building at White Sands Village. This particular building enjoys a peaceful location away from the main road, while your unit offers breathtaking views of meticulously maintained gardens and the expansive Pacific Ocean.

This beautifully decorated condo reflects our part-time residence here, ensuring it is well-kept and fully equipped for your visit. You’ll appreciate the meticulous upkeep and professional cleaning that precedes your arrival.

The master suite features a king-sized bed and an updated master bath with a large standalone shower, complete with a full-size washer and dryer. The second bedroom also includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a 30" flatscreen TV, along with an updated second bathroom featuring both a bathtub and shower.

After a day of adventure on the Big Island, unwind in the expansive living room, where you can plan your next day’s escapades. Enjoy entertainment on a brand new 65" UHD Smart TV, complete with cable and a DVD player, all while benefiting from free high-speed WiFi.

Open the sliding doors to embrace the refreshing trade winds or opt for the modern central air conditioning system for a cooler atmosphere in the evenings. On the private lanai, you'll find a storage chest stocked with various beach gear, including boogie boards, snorkels, fins, and sand shoes, as well as coolers, umbrellas, and backpack-style beach chairs for your convenience.

If your stay requires a balance of work and leisure, the freshly painted living room accommodates this with an adjustable standing or sitting desk featuring a 27" monitor and an Epson color printer.

This securely constructed concrete building ensures your safety and tranquility, supported by surveillance cameras in common areas and evening security measures. Included with your unit is one covered parking space, along with guest parking options.

Only three and a half miles north lies the charming village of Kailua-Kona, filled with fine dining, shopping, nightlife, local art, and a vibrant farmer's market showcasing fresh tropical fruits and famous Kona Coffee. At White Sands Village, we adhere to strict non-smoking policies, emphasizing respect for neighborly tranquility during designated quiet hours. Please note that although the building has elevator access, our specific unit is not wheelchair accessible due to a small set of stairs. Additionally, electric car charging stations are not yet available.
