Positive: The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. It has everything you need for a small family. Ceiling fans and a/c made it very comfortable for sleeping. The location is excellent, close to the beach and shops. The grounds are beautiful and we had a view of the stream from our lanai. It felt very private even though it is a condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Negative: Not much to complain about! Sometimes cars would drive by sharing their music very loudly with everyone around them. And the WiFi was a little unreliable.

Summary: A great find in Poipu.
