The spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite spans 711 square feet and comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The living area boasts a comfortable sofa bed, a separate dining space, and a state-of-the-art 65-inch TV, along with HGV’s In-Room TV Experience for seamless streaming from your mobile devices. Additionally, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a rice steamer and in-unit washer/dryer enhances your stay.

Your experience includes a daily resort charge that encompasses high-speed WiFi access, engaging activities such as hula, lei making, and ukulele lessons, unlimited PS3 movies and games, a special keepsake photo, kid-friendly pool activities, fitness classes, and local calls.

Upon check-in, please note that our Allocate Upon Arrival system determines your assigned suite, ensuring a variety of options are available. If you have specific preferences regarding floor or unit number, feel free to make your request, and our dedicated staff will do their utmost to accommodate you. For guests staying longer than four nights, room assignments may change temporarily for housekeeping efficiency.

To ensure a smooth arrival, please prepare a valid ID and credit card in your name, as a minimum $100 pre-authorization will be required at check-in. Cash is not accepted. You will receive an email confirmation reflecting your reservation approximately 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you need to alter the name on the reservation, please be aware this will incur a $99.00 fee. Any damages during your stay will be charged at checkout.

Check-in at the resort is at 4 p.m., while check-out occurs at 10 a.m. The nearest airport, Kamuela Airport, is located a convenient 15 miles away.

When booking your stay, there is a possibility of receiving an upgrade to a larger unit accommodating the same number of guests, should availability arise.
