Please note that due to our Allocate Upon Arrival system, the specific suite you'll occupy will be assigned at check-in. Check-in begins at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. The nearest airport, Kamuela Airport, is conveniently located just 15 miles away. Ensure you're prepared for check-in by providing a valid ID and a credit card in your name, as cash is not accepted. An authorization hold of $100 will be placed against your card.
