The penthouse spans an impressive 874 square feet and comfortably accommodates up to six guests with its well-appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a 55-inch TV, and a bathroom featuring a free-standing shower. The second bedroom offers two double beds along with its own bathroom. You'll appreciate the spacious living room complete with a sofa bed, a separate dining area, and a state-of-the-art 65-inch TV equipped with HGV's In-Room TV Experience for seamless content streaming from your mobile devices. Motorized shades and a fully-equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances—along with a washer and dryer—add convenience and comfort to your stay.

While checking in, expect some additional fees, including a daily resort charge which encompasses WiFi access, engaging activities such as hula lessons, lei making, and ukulele classes, unlimited PS3 movies and games, discounts on lagoon toy rentals, keepsake photos, pool activities, daily fitness or yoga classes, and local/toll-free calls.

Do note that your specific suite assignment will be provided upon arrival due to our Allocate Upon Arrival system. While your assigned unit may differ from the images shown, rest assured that accommodations are maintained to luxury standards. If you have preferences regarding floors or units, our on-site reservation staff is eager to assist, although we cannot guarantee requests. Extended stays over four nights may result in a change of suite for housekeeping purposes.

Please prepare a valid ID and credit card in your name, as the guest checking in must be at least 18 years old. A $100 Pre-Authorization hold on a major credit card is required during check-in, while cash payments are not accepted. You will receive an email confirmation within 14 days of your arrival date, detailing the reservation’s particulars. Should any name changes be necessary after booking, a fee of $99.00 will apply.

Check-in begins at 4 p.m., and check-out is promptly at 10 a.m. Your nearest gateway is Kamuela Airport, located approximately 15 miles away by car.

When reserving your stay, please be aware that upgrades to larger units accommodating the same number of guests may occur at no extra cost based on availability. Our dedicated office remains open 24 hours to ensure your needs are met and your stay exceeds expectations.

Parking options include self-parking for $48.00 per night or valet parking for $55.00 per night. Please keep in mind that pets are not permitted on the premises, and violations will incur a $300 fine. Additionally, smoking—including electronic cigarettes—is prohibited indoors, subject to the same penalty unless you're in designated areas.
