Positive: The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The lovebirds talking and flying around were a bonus. It was a welcoming vibe. A tranquil environment. Neighbors walking their dogs waved as they went by.

Negative: It's really hot during the day. Air conditioning would help. The black fabric under the furniture is falling off and it gets all over the floor and then gets all over the bottom of your feet, turning them black. Maybe just remove it all. The TV was too complicated.

Summary: Waikoloa is a magical place.
