The 1 Bedroom Plus (DP1) suite measures 600 square feet and accommodates up to four guests comfortably. This modern one-bedroom suite features Hawaiian-inspired artwork and finishes, with options for stunning garden or resort views from the top floor. You will love the extended outdoor lanai, complete with a chaise lounge and dining table. The primary bedroom boasts two double beds, while the bathroom is equipped with a luxurious free-standing shower and spacious vanity. In addition, the separate living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, dining space, and an HD flat-screen TV that enables streaming content from your devices via HGV's In-Room TV Experience. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and even a washer/dryer.

Be prepared for a state lodging tax collected upon check-in, along with a $250 deposit for incidentals. Your daily resort charge includes access to WiFi and Hilton Waikoloa Village amenities, InnSpire media streaming, complimentary bottled water, resort shuttle services, Hawaiian cultural activities, and a daily fitness program.

Note that all our luxurious accommodations use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival, meaning your exact suite assignment will be provided during check-in. The images displayed represent a variety of suites available. Should you have specific preferences regarding floor or unit numbers, feel free to communicate this with our helpful on-site reservation staff, who will do their best to accommodate your request. For stays longer than four nights, you may be assigned a different suite for housekeeping purposes to maintain our luxury standards.

Guests checking in must be at least 18 years old and should bring a valid ID and credit card for the $250 pre-authorization. Cash payments are not accepted. You will receive an email confirmation within 14 days of your check-in date, displaying your name as the registered guest. If you need to change the name on the reservation, please note a $99 fee applies. Damage charges will be assessed at check-out.

The resort has a check-in time of 4 p.m. and check-out by 10 a.m. The closest airport to Kings' Land is Kamuela Airport, located approximately 14 miles away.
