You can expect increased public area sanitation, additional training for our staff, and modified food and beverage services, all designed to ensure your peace of mind during your visit.

This paradise features championship golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., providing guests the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking oceanfront views while playing a round. The resort also boasts sand-bottomed pools, cascading waterfalls, and picturesque lava-rock scenery, perfect for relaxation. You'll benefit from a complimentary shuttle service to Hilton Waikoloa Village, where you can dive into a saltwater lagoon or indulge in a full-service spa experience.

The inviting 1 Bedroom (BR1) suite spans 600 square feet and comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Each contemporary suite is adorned with Hawaiian-inspired art and finishes, featuring either a garden or resort view from your extended outdoor lanai equipped with a lounge chair and dining table. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and a bathroom showcasing a spacious free-standing shower and vanity.

A separate living area invites you to unwind on a queen-size sleeper sofa, share meals in the dining area, or enjoy entertainment on the HD flat screen TV with HGV's In-Room TV Experience, allowing you to stream content directly from your devices. The full kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (no oven; two burner stove), is perfect for preparing meals, while the in-room safe and washer/dryer add extra convenience.

Please note that upon check-in, a $250 deposit for incidentals will be required, as well as compliance with Hawaii's lodging tax. A daily resort charge covers WiFi access, use of Hilton Waikoloa Village amenities, InnSpire technology for app access, complimentary bottled water, resort shuttle service, and participation in Hawaiian cultural activities and fitness programs.

As part of our unique system called Allocate Upon Arrival, you will receive your specific suite assignment at check-in. Images displayed are representative of various available suites. If you have preferences regarding your unit’s floor, number, or building, feel free to communicate those with our friendly reservation staff who will strive to accommodate your wishes. For reservations exceeding four nights, you may be assigned a different suite for housekeeping purposes, as maintaining our luxurious standards is our utmost priority.

The check-in process requires guests to be at least 18 years of age, and valid identification along with a credit card in your name must be provided. A pre-authorization of $250 from a major credit card is also necessary; please note that cash payments are not accepted. After confirming your reservation, anticipate receiving an email confirmation under your name within 14 days leading up to your arrival. Should you wish to change the name associated with the reservation, a fee of $99.00 applies. Any damages incurred during your stay will be charged upon checkout.

Check-in time is set for 4 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m. The closest airport to Kings' Land is Kamuela Airport, located just 14 miles away by car.

It's important to mention that there is a possibility of receiving a complimentary room upgrade to a larger unit, accommodating the same number of guests, should it become available upon your arrival.
