Please note that upon check-in, Hawaii requires a lodging tax and a $250 deposit for incidentals. When booking your stay, please be aware that suites are allocated upon arrival, which means your exact unit will be assigned when you check in. The images shown represent various suites on-site. If your reservation spans more than four nights, you may be assigned a different suite for housekeeping purposes, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

The primary guest checking in must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid ID along with a credit card in their name. A $250 pre-authorization hold will be taken upon check-in, and cash payments are not accepted. Your email confirmation, detailing your name as the guest, will be sent within 14 days of your stay. Should you wish to change the name on the reservation, a fee of $99 applies. Any damages incurred during your stay will be settled at check-out.
