This beautiful 1 Bedroom (1DR) suite spans an impressive 924 square feet and accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably. Situated on the first floor, you’ll find a spacious primary bedroom that includes two double beds along with a bathroom featuring a free-standing shower and a separate soaking tub. The inviting living room offers HD cable TV and HGV's In-Room TV Experience, which allows you to stream content directly from your mobile devices. Additionally, the queen-size sleeper sofa and fully equipped kitchen—complete with a rice steamer—and washer/dryer provide all the comforts of home during your stay.

Please note there is a lodging tax imposed by the state of Hawaii, and guests are required to present a deposit of $250 for incidentals at check-in. Your daily resort charge covers WiFi access, use of Hilton Waikoloa Village amenities, InnSpire service for streaming apps to the TV, complimentary water bottles, resort shuttle service, Hawaiian cultural activities, and a daily fitness program.

When it comes to your suite assignment, we utilize a system called Allocate Upon Arrival, meaning you will receive your specific unit upon check-in. The images provided represent various suites available on-site. If you have specific preferences regarding your suite’s floor, unit, or building number, do not hesitate to make a request with our friendly reservation staff during check-in. While we cannot guarantee exact placements, we will do our utmost to accommodate your wishes. For reservations longer than four nights, please be aware that a change in suite may occur for housekeeping purposes as maintaining our luxury standard is a top priority.

Guests checking in must be at least 18 years old and should prepare a valid ID and credit card in their name. A pre-authorization of $250 from any major credit card is necessary upon check-in; cash is not accepted. An email confirmation will be sent within 14 days of your arrival, detailing your reservation. Should you wish to change the name of the guest checking in after submitting this information, a fee of $99 will apply. Any damages incurred will be charged at checkout.

The check-in time at Kings' Land is 4 p.m., while checkout is at 10 a.m. The closest airport is Kamuela Airport, located approximately 14 miles away by car.
