Nestled among stunning oceanfront golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., Kings' Land offers an array of amenities including sand-bottomed pools, magnificent waterfalls, and breathtaking lava-rock landscapes. You'll also benefit from complimentary shuttle service to Hilton Waikoloa Village, where you can immerse yourself in the serene saltwater lagoon or indulge in a luxurious spa experience.

The 1 Bedroom Plus suite spans 924 square feet and accommodates up to four guests comfortably. Featuring two double beds in the primary bedroom, a gleaming bathroom equipped with a free-standing shower and a separate soaking tub, and a spacious living area complete with an HD cable TV and queen-size sleeper sofa, your relaxation is prioritized. Additionally, this suite includes a full kitchen furnished with a rice steamer and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Upon your arrival, please be aware that the state of Hawaii imposes a lodging tax on guests staying at our resort. A $250 deposit for incidentals will be required at check-in. Your daily resort charge encompasses WiFi access, entry to Hilton Waikoloa Village amenities, InnSpire usage for streaming apps to your device, two complimentary bottles of water daily, resort shuttle services, Hawaiian cultural activities, and a daily fitness program.

Please note that we utilize an Allocate Upon Arrival system, meaning the specific suite assigned to you will be determined at check-in. The images presented showcase various suites within our resort. If you have a preference for a particular floor or unit, do not hesitate to ask our dedicated reservation team, who will do their utmost to accommodate your request, although we cannot guarantee it.

To check in, you must be at least 18 years old and present a VALID ID along with a credit card in your name. A $250 pre-authorization from a major credit card is necessary, as we do not accept cash payments. You will receive an email confirmation displaying your name on the reservation within 14 days of your check-in date. If you wish to change the name of the checking-in party post-confirmation, please note that a $99.00 name change fee will apply. Any damages incurred during your stay will be charged upon check-out.

Resort check-in commences at 4 p.m., while check-out is scheduled for 10 a.m. The nearest airport is Kamuela Airport, located just 14 miles from Kings' Land. By booking this listing, you acknowledge the possibility of receiving an upgrade to a larger unit if available, at no additional cost.
