Please note that upon check-in, you will be assigned a suite via our Allocate Upon Arrival system, which means your exact unit will be confirmed only when you arrive. While we strive to honor requests regarding specific floors or units, we cannot guarantee them. If your stay exceeds four nights, you may be assigned a different suite for housekeeping purposes to maintain luxury standards.

To check in, the lead guest must be 18 years of age or older and should present a valid ID and credit card in their name. A pre-authorization of $100 from a major credit card is required, and cash payments are not accepted. You will receive an email confirmation showing your reservation details within 14 days prior to your arrival.

Check-in is available from 4 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m. The nearest airport, Kona International Airport (KOA), is conveniently located just 19.2 miles away.
