Positive: Location fabulous in relation to proximity to the Volcanos National Park. Staff went above and beyond in terms of responsiveness, friendliness and professionalism.

Negative: Really, you have to be a nitpicker to find anything notable to criticize. Pillows too soft? Bed not quite firm enough for my liking? Yeah, I'm always looking for something. Bad on me. Great place. Great location. Beautiful grounds that were fun to explore with breathtaking fauna. Super courteous and helpful staff and way more affordable than staying in the Park. Go there!!
