Positive: We had a pleasant stay at this condo last week. Overall, it was a comfortable and spacious place that worked very well for our family of six. 🌸 The good points: The communication with the owner was very quick and helpful. The unit was spacious, and we could even see a bit of the ocean from the lanai, which was lovely. Having breakfast on the lanai with the ocean view and a nice breeze in the morning was wonderful. The Wi-Fi worked well. There were three bathrooms, so we never had to wait — perfect for a large group. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The condo was well stocked with essentials such as detergent, tissues, and paper towels. There were plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils, and we didn’t feel that anything was missing. The water filter was a nice touch — we could safely drink the tap water. The living room had great ventilation, and it felt nice and airy. There were lots of towels, which was very convenient. 🌧️ The points that could be improved: Some dishes had chips or cracks. Many of the knives were chipped or dull, and although there were several of them, none were sharp enough to use comfortably. There were four fans, but all were quite dusty and didn’t provide much airflow. We noticed some dust on the top of the shelves as well. The knob on the clothes dryer was broken, which made it a bit difficult to use. The master bedroom didn’t get much airflow, and it was quite hot at night. It would be much more comfortable if at least the master bedroom had an air conditioner. The parking area filled up quickly, so we sometimes had to park a bit farther away. The water pressure in the shower was low, so it took longer to shower than usual. We may consider staying here again after comparing it with other condos. From Japan, it feels a bit expensive due to the weak yen, but for travelers from the mainland U.S., it might be reasonably priced. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with a few improvements, it could be an excellent place to return to.
