Summary: This is a very nicely furnished third floor unit with an extremely large lanai. It has very nice view of the pool below and the ocean/shoreline in the distance. The king bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well outfitted. We had a few issues during our stay. The management company was eventually able to resolve all of them. However, we would have appreciated more communication from the management company during the process of resolving the problems.
