Important information: The Fairway Villas Waikoloa Beach Resort will be undergoing scheduled maintenance, with the replacement of second-floor walkway tiles in buildings B, C, F, I, J, and N from May 16 to October 28, 2022. While the first week of each building may be noisy due to demolition, all units will remain accessible at all times. We appreciate your understanding during this improvement project.

This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii LLC. If you plan a long stay of over 28 nights, you may qualify for a fee waiver.

Parking is available with assigned space #44. Additional vehicles should be parked in non-reserved or visitor spaces. A parking pass will be provided within the unit upon arrival, and it must be displayed on your dashboard to avoid any fines.

The reservation total includes a nightly damage waiver fee, covering accidental damage up to $3,000 to the property and its contents if reported before check-out. There is no need for a traditional security deposit with this coverage.
