This property features over five private bedroom suites surrounding a refreshing saltwater pool and an expansive central lanai equipped with a bar, BBQ grill/griddle, and a large screen TV—perfect for cherished family moments and unforgettable sunset dinners.

Savor stunning sunsets from nearly every corner of the house. Each suite is designed with comfort in mind, boasting its own private bathroom and entrance. One of the suites includes a queen bed, a queen sofa bed in a separate area, a living room, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, 1.5 bathrooms, and a secluded private lanai.

Another suite offers two queen beds and a full futon couch, along with a spacious living room and a private balcony that provides an ideal spot to catch the breathtaking Kona sunsets. Two additional suites come with a queen bed each, featuring large lanais for enjoying sunset vistas and stargazing nights.

A unique feature of the estate is the Surfer Cottage, which boasts a private screened bedroom with a full futon and some of the best views on the entire property. This charming cottage also has a half bath with an outdoor shower and a fire pit, where you can relish the tranquility of the sunset and the brilliance of the stars.

For your convenience, there is an extra on-site cottage available that includes two queen beds, a private bath, and a private courtyard (note that this has an additional charge).

The lush grounds are brimming with banana trees, citrus trees, pineapples, herbs, and vegetables, all ripe for picking during your stay. Located only about 1.5 miles away from various activities, you will have access to beautiful beaches such as Kahaluu Beach Park and White Sands Beach, along with major department stores, local boutiques, and a wide range of dining options that cater to all tastes—from fast food to fine dining.

You and your family will find it hard to leave this tropical paradise! Please note, there is a minimum stay requirement of five nights (seven nights during the Christmas/New Year season and Ironman).
