Summary: The place felt a little rundown and in need of maintenance. The toilet wasn’t even fixed to the wall, and the taps in the shower moved all the pipes when you turned them. Even the driveway (which was flooded due to rain, which can’t be helped) has low hanging dead tree fern fronds which scraped the top and side of the car everytime we went through. These should have been cut off, especially knowing everyone staying pretty much has a hire cars that needs returning in mint condition.It did look cosy and nice, with a log cabin feel, but overall could do with some love. I did find the bed super comfortable though, which is a plus, and the property in the rainforest was beautiful.
