Please note that upon check-in, you will be assigned a suite via our Allocate Upon Arrival system, which means your exact unit will be confirmed only when you arrive. If your stay exceeds four nights, you may be assigned a different suite for housekeeping purposes to maintain luxury standards.

To check in, the lead guest must be 18 years of age or older and should present a valid ID and credit card in their name. A pre-authorization of $100 from a major credit card is required, and cash payments are not accepted. You will receive an email confirmation showing your reservation details within 14 days prior to your arrival.
