Fully Furnished Corporate or Vacation Rental professionally decorated in a tasteful and elegant island theme with Polynesian-style ceiling fans and all the amenities. It is one of the Largest homes in the complex. Beautiful 1715 square foot private two-story resort townhome (with large wrap-around lanais offers 3 Spacious Bedrooms, 3 FULL BATHS, laundry room with full size washer & dryer, 2-car (Compact) garage for Standard cars only and 2nd Floor Den, which is set up as a private 4th bedroom/office with Sofabed and desk. Community Fitness Center, Fitness Classes and Tennis included. **Effective October 15, 2019, the community is no longer allowing driveway parking, so there are only two spaces available in the garage. **
Perfect for those who cannot climb steps,as on the first level there is one Full Bathroom and one BEDROOM with a QUEEN-sized bed. Upstairs offers a huge MASTER BEDROOM SUITE with a KING-sized bed, walk-in closet, full bath with sunken bathtub, and separate shower stall. Also on the second floor is the den and third bedroom with a trundle bed and third bath. A Queen Sofabed in the den accommodates two additional guests. Other amenities include high-speed Internet access, digital phone service with long-distance within U.S. and voicemail, 3 televisions with VCR/DVD, full kitchen, full size washer and dryer in the unit and more. It is a 5 to 10-minute Walk to Lagoon Beaches, the Four Seasons and Disney's Aulani Resort and Spa. The Coconut Plantation Pools and Hot Tubs are only a couple minute walk.
The two large private lanais and a third small lanai total 579 square feet. One lanai is off the living room and main entrance and the other large lanai is off the master bedroom. The small lanai is off the first floor bedroom. Enjoy your meals in the peace and privacy of your spacious island lanais to create an affordable al fresco dining experience or relax in the fresh air with a favorite book or magazine.

Summary: Ola Properties was great at communicating with us which was great! The neighborhood was very nice but be prepared for a lot of HOA rules. The house was very spacious but I was expecting some more kitchen gadgets and more plates/silverware etc. we never had enough to fill up the dishwasher before we ran out of something. Make sure to let them know in advance if you will have two cars to make sure there’s enough space in the garage. I think the house could use a few updates as I feel there were quite a few little issues with plumbing and fixtures but nothing we couldn’t deal with. There isn’t a large selection of restaurants around but I did like the little shopping area and the happy hour at the funky monkey! Plus the lagoons were a five minute walk which was perfect for our little kids. Overall, I would definitely stay here again with our kids for the location to the lagoons and the size of the condo. It’s great for families with small kids but if it was just my husband and I, then I’d prob stay closer to Honolulu or the east coast because of the number of different things to do.
