CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
• Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance to safeguard your investment against unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
• Rescheduling Policy: Any modifications to your reservation within 45 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation.
• Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; they do not originate from Island Living Homes.
