Step out onto your private lanai, which serves as your own outdoor living space with awe-inspiring views of the Pacific Ocean. If you feel like grilling, Wolf Grills and picnic tables are conveniently available by the pools. For added convenience, your unit features a Bosch washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light without worry. You can choose between centralized air conditioning or opening your lanai doors to embrace the refreshing Oahu breezes.

This villa features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom furnished with two twin beds. A sleeper sofa is also available in the living room for additional comfort.

As a guest of the Beach Villas, you will have access to the extensive amenities the resort has to offer, including a spa complete with a sauna and steam room, a fitness center, and much more. The friendly staff at the front desk is available 24/7 to assist you with any needs during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
• Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your investment against unforeseen changes to your plans.
• Rescheduling Policy: Any modifications to your reservation within 45 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation.
• Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation and are charged by the merchant of record; these fees do not originate from Island Living Homes.
