This exclusive gated oceanfront community boasts two swimming pools, tennis courts, and access to two championship golf courses. Just outside your door, you can indulge in activities like snorkeling, cliff jumping, and paddleboarding.
The villa itself offers an experience akin to a two-story home, providing ample space for relaxation. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious bedroom designed for comfort, accompanied by a bathroom, laundry facilities, and a private lanai that features stunning ocean views. Downstairs houses the kitchen and a great room, complete with a new queen-size pull-out sofa and an additional full bathroom. Adjacent to the dining area is a large lanai equipped with beautiful patio furniture, perfect for alfresco dining or unwinding in your private yard.

This villa is situated in the desirable Bay Villas, an exclusive oceanfront gated community. Positioned one row back from the ocean, it offers stunning views and the feel of an end unit townhome, which provides added privacy with a grassy yard adorned with beautiful local flowers.
Parking at The Bay Villas is complimentary, and you can easily explore nearby restaurants on foot via the coastal trail or utilize the complimentary shuttle service.
Your villa has undergone a complete remodel, featuring fresh paint throughout. Please note our strict no smoking or vaping policy, applicable both inside and outside the property.
To maintain the cleanliness of the villa, rinse off at the water hose located near the front door to prevent sand from being tracked inside. Ensure that beach chairs, boogie boards, and other items are also rinsed before bringing them indoors, as sand can be challenging to remove and prolongs cleaning times after your departure. To avoid any additional cleaning fees, we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Remember to take out trash daily, keeping the kitchen tidy and free of food waste and dirty dishes to discourage pests. Trash and recycling bins are conveniently located near the villa, specifically between buildings 19 and 20.
To access the Coastal Trail and the beach, simply take the stairs down at building 20. You’ll enjoy a picturesque walk along the ocean, with one direction leading to The Ritz Carlton and the other to Kapalua Bay and The Montage. It’s undeniably one of the most beautiful walks you can take!
