Situated within the renowned Ko Olina Resort and Marina, the Beach Villas are located near the second of four stunning lagoons. Enjoy a scenic mile and a half walkway that connects all four lagoons, passing by luxurious resorts like the Four Seasons, Disney Aulani Hotel & Spa, and Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. This beautiful destination is also home to the acclaimed Ko Olina Golf Course and the Ko Olina Marina, ensuring there’s never a dull moment during your stay.

The Beach Villas themselves represent some of the most exquisite oceanfront luxury condominiums in Oahu, offering hotel-style accommodations. With fully equipped kitchens and tasteful furnishings, you'll find ample space with 1,200 to 1,600 square feet across our 2- and 3-bedroom models. Your Hawaiian adventure begins here, as the Beach Villas consist of 247 individually owned luxury resort condominiums available for short-term rentals of six nights or longer. This delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Villa occupies the second floor of the Ocean Tower and boasts peekaboo ocean views along with breathtaking sunsets. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the Villa features a king-sized bed in the expansive primary bedroom—which includes a luxurious five-piece private bath—and two twin beds in the second bedroom that can be converted to a king upon request. The second hall bath is conveniently next to it. The living room provides a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements, complete with linens, plus we offer floor futons, Pack N Plays, highchairs, and strollers for the little ones.

Step onto the open lanai off the living area facing west, where you can unwind on comfortable furniture while soaking in the lovely views. Your elevator access leads directly to a landing with only two villas, making it easy to get around.
