This gated property features a resort-style large pool and hot tub equipped with jets, ensuring you'll have a relaxing stay. With air conditioning present in all bedrooms, as well as the upstairs kitchen, dining, and living areas, your comfort is guaranteed throughout your stay.

Spanning over 4,400 square feet on a half-acre lot, this residence contains 6 bedrooms, including 3 master suites, alongside 5 bathrooms, making it an excellent choice for larger gatherings. The main level welcomes you with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that provide stunning ocean views upon entry. The expansive living room offers ample space for large groups to unwind, featuring an oversized sectional sofa and a 72-inch flat-screen TV.

Your culinary adventures await in a well-equipped kitchen, complete with all necessary utensils and tools. You also have the option to dine on the enormous deck overlooking the ocean, where a dining table for 8 and bar seating for 4 allows for meals accompanied by the soothing sounds of breaking waves.

The upper-level master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a captivating view of the ocean, while an additional bedroom and bathroom can be found just across the hallway, along with a cozy loft nook.

Venture down to the lower level, where the entertainment continues. Here, you will encounter a fully stocked bar area with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink, adjacent to a game area featuring ping pong and foosball tables. Enjoy movie nights on the large sectional sofa facing a 65-inch flat-screen TV. Four bedrooms are located on this level, including a spacious room with two king beds and a connected private bathroom. Be sure to respect the tranquil ambiance of the surrounding neighborhood; quiet hours are observed from 7:00 PM to 8:30 AM, and pool hours are scheduled from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. However, you can take advantage of the expansive upstairs lanai anytime, where glorious ocean and sunset views create the perfect setting for relaxation.

If cancellation notice is given at least 90 days before arrival, all payments minus a cancellation fee of $1,995 plus tax will be refunded.
