Summary: Rented the “renovated” king ocean view room. There was nothing renovated about it. Old, stained, furniture. Black mold. Everything is an extra on this resort, everything. Staff was very nice. His was my first experience at Sheraton. It will probably be the last. Love Kauai and the people, best island in the chain! We come here often.
