Summary: The listing photos are very accurate and we were so pleased with the property. Clean and comfortable. The doors that open onto the screened patio are just the best. We kept them wide open most of the time to bring in the breeze. My favorite seat in the house is on the patio enjoying my coffee, listening to the birds in the morning. I wish I could stay longer. The kitchen is well equipped. Good knives, cutting boards, mixing bowls, dishes, coffe mugs, silverware. And there are the things you hope for but don’t aways get like a vegetable grater and peeler.. nice pots and pans too. You can actually cook. The bed is very comfortable but the first night we were too warm. Being on the second level, even with the windows open and fans we didn’t sleep well on a hot humid night. I wish we had thought to move downstairs to the sofa sleeper. We did that the next night and it was much cooler. It was an extremely quiet property. We saw only a handful of people the whole time. The sunsets were beautiful from the beach. The starts were so bright at night! Living in a city you forget how many stars you can see. We also loved the wild deer and turkeys on the island and right outside our door.
