Summary: Pros: beautiful and secluded natural location. A remote and quiet stretch of beach was steps away from our lanai. The sound of the surf pounding against the beach is a lovely backdrop. Lots of value for the cost we paid for the rental.Cons: the interior of the condo had been upgraded, but seems like that was completed years ago. Older appliances and worn areas still need upgrading. The exterior of some of the buildings in the condo development are in extreme disrepair which didn’t affect our stay, but they are an eyesore. This is about right for the price we paid though. But there are some things that need the owner’s attention: The bathroom sink backs up easily and there are areas of mold that could be cleaned up. We were a bit disappointed that we had to wash our dishes at the end of our stay, even though we paid a fairly substantial cleaning fee.
