Positive: The location of this property put you in access to several of the local beaches. Great property.

Negative: Inside of dryer and the dryer vent could have been cleaned out much better. The walls in the bedroom with the twin beds had dust clumps on them. Looks like the property could use a good deep clean but the unit overall was in good condition. Screen doors on the sliding glass doors could use a little repair or is due for screen replacements.

Summary: Incredible facility.
