Summary: The property description is pretty close. The rooms are basic 2 full/queen beds with closet and one bedside table. Each has a sink, mini-frig, and shelf storage under sink with cups, plates, and bowls. No microwave or cooktop. Cold food will be your way to save money and not eat out every meal. New TVs were installed and includes wifi. Walking distace to "downtown". Pahoa does have some great places to eat. You will need a car for all other transportation. Bus service is available but research before planning to use service. -rooms share one bathroom accessible from outside the rooms. -attached to 3 longterm rental units. They can be very loud. Up with guests and loud music well past midnight. They are nice and will share food but does not make up for late nights. Did let owner know about this. +The owner is very responsive with great communication. Newer rental so still working some issues out.
