In April 2023, interior renovations will begin for one-bedroom units, with completion expected by 2025, ensuring that your accommodation remains modern and comfortable.

Please remember that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, certain risks may impact your travel plans. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge these potential hurdles, which may affect occupancy and amenity availability.

Please note there is a $100 weekly resort fee, which covers in-room internet, movie rentals, local phone charges, an in-room safe, mini golf, tennis, and an energy surcharge. Additional fees including a $5 Admin Fee & State of Hawaii daily TOT tax ($10-$15 per day) will also apply. A deposit of $150 is required at check-in to cover these charges as well as any incidentals; for debit cards, this amount increases to $500.

Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee: full cleaning at $45 and towel/trash service at $25. Kindly observe that house rules are strictly enforced, and the maximum occupancy for a one-bedroom unit is four guests.

All confirmations are final and non-refundable, and only Visa or Mastercard payments will be accepted. Please direct any service issues or concerns regarding accommodations to the resort management, as they are solely responsible for such matters.
