The property is also conveniently situated only 25 feet from the ocean and 200 feet in from Halama Street.

The heart of the home includes a spacious kitchen and dining area where you can enjoy meals while marveling at the panoramic ocean views through floor-to-ceiling tinted glass windows. Your leisure time will be enhanced by the lovely swimming pool situated behind the living room, sheltered from the afternoon breeze, perfectly complemented by an iridescent glass-tiled jacuzzi. In the Living Room, you can unwind with direct ocean views on a 46-inch Samsung flat-screen TV, along with high-speed Wi-Fi and access to popular streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The poolside entertainment room is equipped with an 80-inch Sharp Aquos flat-screen TV and a comfortable leather recliner.

The Master bedroom boasts two walls of floor-to-ceiling ocean-facing windows, making you feel as if you're almost on the water itself.
