Please note that the pool will be temporarily closed from September 9-13th of 2024 for essential maintenance and repairs. The condo features modern tile flooring, ensuring cooler temperatures than upper units, complemented by free high-speed internet access. Unwind on the sectional couch or enjoy the cool breeze from the air conditioning units and ceiling fans strategically placed in both the living area and bedroom.

The inviting lanai opens onto a lush lawn and garden area, where you can revel in the soothing sounds of an outdoor fountain and enjoy the ambiance of tiki torches illuminating your evenings. With just a two-minute stroll to the beach, you'll have easy access to sun and surf.

Recent updates to the condo include a new sectional sofa (April 2022), tiled lanai (January 2022), and ceiling fans (December 2022). Additionally, new enhancements such as bed quilts, linens, cooktop range, refrigerator, dishwasher, lamps, dining table, lanai fan, and various other amenities have been added throughout the unit. The kitchen has been fully remodeled, featuring tile flooring that runs throughout.

Your comfort is prioritized with air conditioning units and fans in both the living room and bedroom. All AC units are equipped with four-hour timers designed to conserve energy when you're out exploring Hawaii. For your convenience, there's also a washer and dryer in the unit, along with laundry pods or detergent provided.

To make your beach days easier, we supply microfiber beach towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, totes, boogie boards, and other miscellaneous beach gear (items may vary). Located in the splendid oceanfront complex of Maui Sunset in Kihei, this condo enjoys a prime spot on the island of Maui. The ground floor location offers a picturesque garden view that stretches across manicured lawns and vibrant gardens leading towards the ocean.

While the pool is conveniently nearby, it remains far enough to ensure a peaceful ambiance free from noise. The property also includes a BBQ area and ample open parking for your convenience.

This comfortable unit sleeps up to four guests, with accommodations including a king bed in the bedroom and a queen Murphy bed in the living area. If you require more space, inquire about our two-bedroom offering at Maui Sunset A301, which can host up to six guests.

Since its renovation in May 2016, the condo has seen continuous updates, including a new refrigerator with internal filtered water (2020), a new stove (2021), and a new dishwasher (2022). The kitchen is fully stocked for those who prefer to cook and enjoy meals at home, or take advantage of the nearby BBQ facilities.

Though the unit is equipped with air conditioning, the delightful trade wind breezes and ceiling fans often provide a comfortable ambiance without the need for cooling.
