This spacious residence features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, complete with air conditioning in all living areas and bedrooms. You'll have direct access to the perfect beach right outside your back door. For larger gatherings, consider renting our unique adjacent Hawaiian house, which was constructed in the 1960s and includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating an additional 6 guests. Nestled in a serene residential neighborhood, you're just one block away from the vibrant center of Kihei Town. Here, you'll find an array of local restaurants, pubs, fast food options, live music, nightlife, convenience stores, and healthcare facilities.

Your tropical oasis features lush landscaping, highlighted by numerous coconut palm trees, banana trees, a lemon tree, and a grand 120+ year-old banyan tree. Witnessing the trimmers scale the palm trees to harvest coconuts is truly a spectacle.

The beautifully appointed house accommodates up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include two king-size bedrooms, a third bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a fourth bedroom featuring 2 twin beds. The luxurious décor boasts exquisite flooring, white quartz countertops, and elegant white wooden cabinetry throughout the kitchen. All four bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a large deck that overlooks the beach and ocean, offering breathtaking views.

Start your mornings with coffee on the expansive 20' x 24' lanai as you watch the ocean awaken or unwind with stunning sunsets against the backdrop of the West Maui Mountains. The serene atmosphere ensures a perfect blend of privacy and coastal beauty.

Every corner of the home is designed for comfort, allowing you to relax and relish your vacation. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with appliances like a blender, toaster oven, microwave, rice cooker, and coffee maker, plus cooking utensils for everything you might need. Please note that we do not permit weddings or receptions on the property. While it's an excellent location for lodging your guests, no events are allowed.
