Positive: Everything has been thought of with this unit - you'll want for nothing while here! The decor, furniture and art of the unit are awesome - local, unique, and eclectic... nothing Ikea/mass-made here! There's AC in the bedrooms and fans in every room. The bedrooms can be nice and dark with blackout drapes, perfect for a good sleep. The indoor AND outdoor furniture is very comfortable - hard to find comfortable outdoor dining chairs that you can sit in for hours but they've done it! Great assortment of beach gear available. Kitchen is well-equipped. The view is unlike anywhere else, we quickly realized that upon check-in and made it a priority to grab take-out or make a late dinner reservation so that we could be home to watch sunset from the private patio every evening of our stay.

Negative: That we don't live here!
