Positive: We liked the quiet location and the green surroundings of the apartment which offers a perfect size for a family of four. The lanai and the near-by pool are great.

Negative: It can get a bit warm in the downstairs living room in the afternoon and some of the furniture and equipment would benefit from an overhaul.
