As soon as you step into Royal Kahana 1212, the soothing sounds and sights of the ocean will envelop you. If you prefer to dine in, take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen, or enjoy your meals al fresco on your private lanai while soaking in those breathtaking ocean views. For indoor dining, there's a cozy table that seats four.

The spacious living room boasts ample seating, a flat-screen TV, abundant natural light, ceiling fans, and central AC to keep everything perfectly cool. Should you have additional guests, the couch conveniently converts into a Queen-size sofa sleeper. The bedroom features a plush King-size bed and its own TV for your entertainment. A beautifully tiled walk-in shower enhances the modern bathroom experience. For added convenience, laundry machines are also available within the condo.

Your stay includes a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion from My Perfect Stays, along with beach towels, chairs, and a cooler for your adventures.

Royal Kahana is ideally situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua, providing easy access to numerous sandy beaches in the area. The resort features fantastic amenities, including a pool with a grassy BBQ area, a fitness room, and a welcoming front desk. Note that all reservations will incur a parking fee of $18 per night, plus applicable tax, to be paid at the front desk between 8 am and 8 pm. If arriving after hours, please register your vehicle at the night-watch desk and handle the payment the following morning. This fee is instituted by Royal Kahana Resort and is not associated with My Perfect Stays.

During the winter months, powerful North swells can alter the sandy beaches, while summer swells help restore them. Currently, direct beach access may not be available due to protective measures against erosion, but neighboring resorts often provide alternative beach access depending on sea conditions.

Cancellations made at least 30 days before your stay will receive a full refund, while those made 14 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
